How will customers know I offer Community CashBack?

As you are part of the Community CashBack Card team, we are focused on promoting your business. In order to do this, you will be provided with a decal to display on your shop front so customers know you are part of the exciting CashBack program. We will also promote your business on the CashBack website and in other advertising. You also have the opportunity to provide your customers with Community CashBack cards branded specifically for your business. Every time the customer uses their card, they will be seeing your business name!

How does the Community CashBack Card work?

Once a customer purchases from your store, they present their Community CashBack card. Using one of our easy CashBack processing methods, such as the IMSE terminal, you process the transaction and customers receive a loyalty reward in real cash, credited to their Community CashBack Card. The customer receives an SMS and email notification that CashBack funds are being processed, including the amount of CashBack and your business name.
